GO TO ->properties
GO TO -> security -> Edit
GO TO -> Add..
GO TO -> Advanced
GO TO -> Find Now
GO TO -> Everyone
GO TO -> OK
Select “Everyone” and check the box “Full control”
Then do “Apply” and “OK”
Now you can able to write and save.
If you don’t have permission to save in file.
