Check the path specified under “Android SDK Location.” If the path is incorrect or points to an incomplete installation, you’ll need to reinstall the SDK.
On Windows, Android Studio may have trouble locating the SDK if the system environment variable is not set correctly. To resolve this, follow these steps:
- Right-click on “This PC” or “My Computer” and select “Properties.”
- Click on “Advanced system settings” on the left side of the window.
- In the System Properties window, click the “Environment Variables” button.
- Under “System variables,” locate the “Path” variable and click “Edit.”
